These times are all using factory-fitted tyres. So they're representative of a standard car...

Wow, that 911 GT3 was right on the tail of the P1 at Anglesey. I wish Porsche would resurrect the GT2, that could be so fast...

The Pirelli PZero Trofeo R tyres on the P1 are much quicker than Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2, or the standard P Zero Corsa, at a circuit like Portimao about 2 sec a lap. So put those tyres on all the cars on the leaderboard, and it would look a bit different

this shows how much EVO wanted the P1 to be faster than 918. They could not make it faster on standard tyres so they put special ones. Why did they not use the same tyres on 918 is obvious.....

What?? In the Issue 213 you did not even gave us the lap time of the Clio Trophy. The lap time of 1:29.5 was from the Fiesta ST Mountune and you said the Clio Trophy was at the half of the track already 0.7 seconds faster, but on the second half of the track heavy rain blocked the Clio Trophy from a full dry lap. And you said the Clio is significantly quicker on the track than the tuned Fiesta and now you show us the Fiesta's lap time for the Clio instead of do a full dry lap time run with the Clio? Ridiculous!

The PZero Trofeo Rs are available on the P1 as an option, so it's still a factory-spec car, just like the rest of them. Fair enough times would change if they all had the same tyres, but you could say the same for pretty much any component. If the Cayman had a P1 engine (if it would fit) it'd probably be much faster too... The whole point of these times is they test a car in it's fastest factory-spec.

You kidding me? Mclaren wanted it, clearly, but evo seemed happy for the 918 to take the cake. It also went on to win the overall test in that issue (although I believe they said the P1 was better to drive on track).
