Buick 1972

The uniquely-styled Riviera, with its pleasant curves and pointed tail, has a 7456 c.c. 260 b.h.p. (DIN) V8 engine which has come in for some attention at the Flint, Michigan, works to make sure that emission is as clean as possible. It has an air injection reactor, which helps to burn up hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide, and a special switch to block air flow to the engine when the ignition is switched off. The big engine drives through a three-speed Turbo-Hydramatic transmission. There is an electically operated sunroof option if you like fresh air.
