PHYLLIS DARLENE ADKINS, 77, of Midkiff, W.Va., did April 29. She was a homemaker. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, W.Va.; burial following in Adkins Cemetery, Spurlockville, W.Va. Visitation will be one hour before service at the funeral home.

EDNA MAY BAILEY, 85, of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, widow of Joseph W. Bailey, died May 1 at home. She was a retired housekeeper for Lawrence County Health Department. There will be a graveside service, 1 p.m., Thursday, Pine Grove Cemetery, Ironton. There will be no public visitation. Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, Ironton, is assisting the family with arrangements.

STEPHANIE ANN BARTON, 84, of Clinton, Iowa, formerly of Huntington, widow of Thomas Junior Barton, died April 29, in Mercy Medical Center, Clinton. She was a retired Secretary for Hite Saunders Elementary School. Funeral services will be 12 noon, Saturday, Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington; burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Chapman’s Mortuary.

BETTY M. DeWITT, 88, of Bidwell, Ohio, widow of Donald DeWitt, died April 29 in Holzer Senior Care Center. She was an office manager for the family plumbing business. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, Willis Funeral Home, Gallipolis, Ohio; burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens, Gallipolis, Ohio. RALPH R. EMLUND, 79, of Ironton, husband of Joyce Ann Henson Emlund, died April 28 in Hospice Care Center. He retired from the Union Pacific railroad. Funeral service was 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, at Miller Funeral Home, Ashland; burial followed in Rose Hill Burial Park.

LINDA SUE FERGUSON, 67, of Huntington, aunt of Holly Ann Ferguson Mills, died March 29 at home. Funeral services will be at 12 noon, Thursday, Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington; burial following in Maple Hill Cemetery, Kenova. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.

PHYLLIS “PENNY” FOX, 73, of Huntington, died April 26, at home. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Thursday, Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington; burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday at the funeral home.

BARBARA A. GARRIDO, 83, of Huntington, wife of John Garrido, died April 30 at Huntington Health and Rehab. She was a homemaker. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington; burial will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova. Visitation will be one hour before service at the funeral home.

WESLEY JOHNSON GERBERICH, 90, of Chesapeake, Ohio, died May 1, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. He retired from Aristech. Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6 to7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. IZABELLA RENEE JOHNSON, infant daughter of Kirsten Nichole Hayes and Joseph Wayne Johnson of Culloden, died April 21. There will be a graveside service, 2 p.m., Thursday, May 3, at Milton Cemetery. The funeral procession will leave Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

MICHAEL JAMES JUSTICE, 63, of Davin, W.Va., husband of Loraine Justice, died April 30 in CAMC-Memorial Division. He retired from Patriot Coal Company. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home, Man, W.Va.; burial in Highland Memory Gardens, Godby, W.Va. Visitation will be two hours before service.

MARK ALLEN KINSER, 40, of Oak Hill, W.Va., son of William Samuel Kinser and Ada Jane Ruby, died April 29, at CAMC General. Arrangements are incomplete at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington.

HAROLD MAHON JR., 58, of Belo, W.Va., died April 28. He was a carpenter. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Duncan Ford United Baptist Church; burial following in the Mahon Family Cemetery, Belo, W.Va. Chafin Funeral Home, Delbarton, W.Va., is assisting the family.
